5 cups of cornbread crumbs, 3 cups of bread crumbs (gluten free toast) 1 stick of butter melted, 4 eggs, 1 cup of chopped celery, 2 cups of chopped onions, 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sage, 1 tbsp. of black pepper, salt to taste.
Directions: Pre-make the cornbread and let it dry overnight. Mix well all ingredients together in one bowl. Spray the baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour ingredients in baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 200C/400F degrees until it is a cake like consistency and golden brown.
