For Donuts: 1 cup sugar 1 1/2teaspoons salt 1/2teaspoon nutmeg 2 eggs 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 cup milk 4 cups flour (plus a little more if dough is sticky) Dash of Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Vanilla Oil (for frying I used canola)
For Glaze: 1 cup Powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in one bowl mix until not sticky put in the fridge for one hour. Roll out the dough until about 1/2 inch in thickness. I used two different sizes of circle cookie cutters to cut them out. Fry on both sides till golden brown. Lay them on a baking sheet to glaze.
